Border's Biscuits

Borders Biscuits wanted their Dark Chocolate Gingers to live up to the name. Working with agency Guy & Co, I directed a suite of STV sponsorship ads, crafting punchy 20" and 10" films that packed serious heat into tight formats. To achieve the level of detail needed for the VFX shots, I used photogrammetry to create precise 3D scans of the biscuits themselves, grounding the digital elements in something tactile and real. The result was VFX work that felt genuinely connected to the product, with every crack in the chocolate and every crystallised ginger detail rendered with an accuracy that would have been impossible to achieve any other way.
Beyond the broadcast work, I designed and developed the social media content from the ground up, ensuring the campaign's fiery energy translated natively across Facebook, Instagram Stories, and digital display. Each format was considered on its own terms, not simply resized from the TV spots, but crafted to perform in the scroll, the feed, and the street. VFX across the films tied everything together, giving the brand a cohesive, high-end look at every touchpoint, from a 6-sheet digital billboard down to a three-second story ad.
